Pre svega, slike ekrana iznad ste dali kao dokaz da potkrepite svoju žalbu, pošto se tamo ne pominje godina, pretpostavio sam da se snimci ekrana sa ćaskanja uživo koje ste dali odnose na sredstva za koja ste tvrdili da mogu da se povuku.
Dobili smo dokaz iz kazina da vam agent za livechat NIJE rekao šta tvrdite.

First of all, the screenshots above were provided by you as evidence to support your complaint, as there is no year mentioned there, I've assumed the screenshots from the livechat provided by you were concerning the funds you claimed could be withdrawn.
