Napravio sam 3 zahteva za povlačenje 2. decembra kod ovog operatera.
115 € + 500 € + 500 € . Operater tvrdi da SEPA povlačenje može potrajati do 7 dana. Do ovde sve izgleda normalno...
Dobio sam 115 € za povlačenje sledećeg dana, međutim suma od €1000 nedostaje u preostala 2 povlačenja. Takođe, nakon što sam nastavio sa tim zahtevima za povlačenje, otkazao sam svoj nalog i poslao zahtev za trajno samoisključivanje operateru koji je prihvaćen, tako da više nemam pristup svom nalogu.
Sada je prošlo +8 dana i preostala povlačenja nisu obrađena. Nije bila potrebna verifikacija i podrška uvek odlaže moje zahteve, dajući mi automatske poruke odgovora u kojima se kaže da se svaki zahtev za povlačenje postavlja redom.
Kako se 3 zahteva za povlačenje podneta u isto vreme mogu obraditi u razlici od preko +8 dana i računajući...? Svaki put kada kontaktiram Live Chat oni me upute da pošaljem e-poštu pošto je moj nalog bio samoisključen, ne mogu takođe ništa da proverim tamo, međutim sećam se da su nekoliko minuta pre nego što sam se isključila isplate prikazane na mom nalogu kao „Odobreno".
I have made 3 withdraw requests on the 2nd of December, in this operator.
€115 + €500 + €500. The operator claims that SEPA withdraws can take up to 7 days. Until here everything seems normal...
I've received the €115 withdraw in the next day, however the sum of €1000 is missing from the remaining 2 withdrawals. Also, after I proceeded with those withdrawal requests I have cancelled my account and sent a permanently self exclusion request to the operator which was accepted, so I don't have no longer access to my account.
Now it's been +8 days and the remaining withdrawals were not processed. No verification was needed and the support always keeps delaying my requests, giving me automatic response messages saying that every Withdraw request is made in turn.
How can 3 withdraw requests made in the exact same time be processed in a difference of over +8 days and counting...? Everytime I contact the Live Chat they direct me to send an email to block@paripesa.com since my account was self excluded I can't also check anything in there, however I remember that minutes before self excluding myself the withdrawals showed in my account as "Approved".
