Ovaj isti kazino, au 99% isti problem.
Podnosim zahtev za povlačenje na iznos od 600PLN.
U pravilima je povlačenje putem jetona u roku od 15 minuta.
Dakle, povlačenje je još uvek na čekanju. Kada sam pitao agenta u live chat-u, on mi je rekao da je moje povlačenje odobreno i moram da čekam kada jeton prihvati ovo povlačenje.
Napravim snimak ekrana sa ovog live chat-a i pitam o ovome na jeton live chat-u, pa šaljem screenshoot i agent iz jeton-a mi kaže da je ovo sranje, ako je kazino odobrio moje povlačenje i šalje novac onda je na jeton novac odmah, kada ja pošaljite ovu formaciju na spinbetter casino live chat onda je agent prestao da odgovori.
Poslao sam e-poruku timu za podršku i bezbednost, a zatim mi je rekao da je moje povlačenje na čekanju (pre 5 minuta odobreno je agenta na live chat-u koji mi kaže o tome)
Dakle, u suštini ovaj kazino je sranje, svake nedelje je isti problem - problem novca.
Kazino ne želi da isplati novac.

So, withdrawal still in pending. When I ask agent on live chat then he told me about my withdrawal is approved and I must waiting when jeton accepted this withdrawal.
I make a screenshoot from this live chat and I asking about this on jeton live chat, so I send screenshoot and agent from jeton tell me about this is bullshit, If casino approved my withdrawal and send money then on jeton money is immediately, when I send this I formation on spinbetter casino live chat then agent stopped answered.
I send email message on support and security team, then told me about my withdrawal is in pending (5 minutes ago agent on live chat tell me about is approved)
So basically this casino is shit, every week is this same problem - money problem.
Casino not want pay out money.
Maybe somebody from CG staff can investigation
