Could you kindly specify the type of document you submitted as proof of your address? Additionally, have you attempted to provide a phone or internet bill?
Have you already contacted customer support regarding this issue? If so, have they provided any suggestions for a document that would be accepted as proof of your address, when you live with your parents?
Is your unfinished verification the only reason your withdrawal hasn't been approved yet?
