SADA: godinu dana kasnije, nakon što sam bio depozitar i igrao mnoge besplatne igre i turnire, ponovo sam osvojio 100 dolara od bonusa. Zatražio sam povlačenje početkom novembra, trebalo mi je nekoliko dana da dam ažuriranu dokumentaciju koju su tražili, a onda nakon što sam kontaktirao svaki dan nekoliko nedelja, DOBIO SAM ODOBRENjE MENADžERA 12/01/23 i sredstva su uklonjena sa mog računa .
Prošlo je mesec dana kasnije i poslao sam e-poštu i išao u službu za korisnike barem svaki drugi dan i raspitivao se i slučaj je „eskalirao" što ništa ne znači. Još uvek nisam dobio ništa i sada krive za to spoljnu kompaniju koja se bavi isplatama.
Volim turnire i besplatne bonuse, ali ne mogu više da iskoristim bilo koji od njih dok ponovo ne uplatim i odbijem da ponovo uplatim sve dok mi se ne isplati 100$..... Njihov gubitak na ovome je ogroman da znaju koliko bih igrajte ako bi mogli samo da ispoštuju obećanje da će brzo platiti.... toliko drugih je TRENUTNO.
I have had a problem here before. the last time I won off of a no deposit bonus, after jumping through all the hoops, I was told that they were having a problem with BTC payouts, but they could put it on a card that I could play at other casinos. I opted to wait and after bugging daily for about a month and a half, I left a review or a complaint, possibly here, then I finally got a manager approval and the cash out was near instant.
NOW: a year later, after being a depositor and playing many free plays and tournyments, I won $100 again off of a bonus. I requested the withdraw in early November, took a few days to give then the updated paperwork they requested, and then after contacting then daily for a couple weeks, I RECIEVED MANAGERS APPROVAL On 12/01/23 and the funds were removed from my account.
It is one month Later and I have emailed and gone to customer service atleast every other day and inquired and the case has been "escalated" which means nothing. I still have not recieved anything and they now blame it on an outside company that handles the payouts.
I love tournaments and the free bonuses, but i cant uxe any of those anymore until i deposit again and I refuse to deposit again unytil I am paid the $100..... Thier loss on this is huge if they knew how much i would play if the could just follow through on the promise to pay quickly.... so many others are INSTANT.
