U ponedeljak, 8. septembra, igrao sam kroz bonus besplatne okrete koji su proizašli iz govorne pošte na mom telefonu koju je ostavio Vild Tornado -

Ovde ću dodati da - ni u jednom trenutku nije pominjan maksimalni iznos dobitka niti dat da pročitam. Tako da sam upravo počeo da igram kao regularan jer sam bio uveren da će pravila koja se nalaze u uslovima bonusa (pogledajte snimak ekrana) biti ona koja su na snazi jer nije bilo ničega što je drugačije navedeno.
Zatim sam ispunio zahtev za opkladu od 35k sa stanjem od 482 dolara koji je tada na moje iznenađenje prilagođen i smanjen na 100 dolara. Nigde se ne pominje takva granica koju bih mogao da nađem.
Razgovarao sam sa dva pojedinačna agenta za podršku u kazinu u ćaskanju uživo i posle dužeg razgovora nazad i nazad ostao sam sa „izvinjavamo se zbog bilo kakve zabune"
- (Bio sam/jesam samo zbunjen nakon što je ovaj limit dobitka izniknuo niotkuda..)
Nisam uspeo da ih uspešno ubedim da isplate ono što mislim da je potpuno legitiman dobitak. Uzimajući sve činjenice u obzir, mislim da je suština toga da se ovde moraju poštovati uslovi navedeni u uslovima bonusa, jer je navedeno da će biti „osim ako nije drugačije navedeno". A pošto ovde ništa nije precizirano, nova, neizrečena granica je nepravedna i predstavlja kršenje poverenja. Uz sve to što je rečeno, tražim pomoć u povlačenju preostalog iznosa od 382 dolara - uzimajući u obzir 100 dolara za koje kažu da je maksimalni dobitak, jer mi je to već obrađeno.

I will add here that - at no point was a maximum win amount mentioned nor provided for me to read. So I just started playing like regular as I was confident that the rules found in the Bonus Terms (see screenshot) would be the ones in effect as there was nothing that was otherwise specified.
Next, I completed the 35x wager requirement with a balance of $482 which was then to my surprise adjusted and lowered down to $100. There is no mention of such a limit that I could find anywhere.
I’ve spoken with two individual casino support agents on live chat and after a prolonged back and forth I was essentially left with "we are sorry for any confusion"

I was not able to successfully convince them to pay out what I think are completely legitimate winnings. Taking all of the facts into account, I think that the bottom line is the conditions set out in the Bonus Terms should be respected here because it is stated that "unless otherwise specified" they will be. And because nothing was specified here, a new, unstated limit is unfair and a breach of trust. With all of that being said, I am requesting aid in retrieving the remaining amount of $382 - having taken account for the $100 that they say is the max win, because that has already been processed to me.
