Zdravo, ovo je moj prvi post na ovom forumu i nadam se da ću bar obavestiti ljude koliko je loša i slaba korisnička podrška u Amunri.
Bio sam strastveni igrač u Amunri nekoliko meseci, imao sam neke ogromne pobede i brzo sam postao vrhunski VIP. Depozit od SHIB-a koji sam napravio kazinu u iznosu od 70 dolara je vrlo brzo očišćen prema ID-u transakcije, ali nakon 30 minuta nije kreditiran.
Pokrenuo sam razgovor uživo i objasnio problem. Rečeno mi je da sačekamo još 2 sata. Čekao sam više od 2 sata i dalje nema kredita. Isti razgovor uživo, sačekajte duže, ovaj put 12 sati. Nije dat jasan odgovor zašto se to dogodilo. Kada sam ovaj put pokušavao da uđem u ćaskanje, bilo je misterioznih odjava i razgovora koji su se više puta završavali usred rečenice. Bio sam uznemiren i prilično ljut i poslao sam više e-poruka svom VIP menadžeru naloga koji je to zvao svaki dan.
Sada 18 sati nakon transakcije još uvek nije kreditiran i nijedan odgovor od mog menadžera naloga ili bilo koga drugog. Zatim sam u osnovi ponovio isti proces kao gore sa istim odjavljivanjem i završavanjem ćaskanja. Rečeno vam je da čekate duže, situacija je eskalirana, ne brinite. Prošlo je skoro 48 sati i isti glupi odgovori.
Bio bih zahvalan da mi se novac konačno uplati!
Hi, this is my first post on this forum and hope to at least let people know how poor and lackluster the customer support is at Amunra.
I have been an avid player at Amunra for a few months, had some huge wins and quickly became a top tier VIP. A deposit of SHIB i made to the casino in the amount of $70 cleared very quickly as per transaction id, but after 30 minutes it was not credited.
I raised a live chat and explained the issue. Was told to wait another 2 hours. Waited over 2 hours still no credit. Same live chat, wait longer, 12 hours this time. No clear answer provided as to why this has happened. When i was trying to get onto the chat this time there were mysterious log outs and chats ending mid sentence multiple times. I was alarmed and quite angry and sent multiple emails to my VIP account manager called it a day.
Now 18 hours after the transaction it is still not credited and not a single reply from my account manager or anyone. I have then basically repeated the same process as above with the same log outs and chats ending. Being told to wait longer, its been escalated, don't worry. It is nearly 48 hours now and same rubbish responses.
Would appreciate having my money credited finally!
