Hi my username with them is (jpjp1234) i was with them since long time ago when i enter my account today i see my account is blocked when i said why to them they said to me your games is suspicious and iam never ever play suspicious games its just live games from evolution provider and it blackjack live and craps and crazy coin filp

Iam create my account and play with them for more then 3 months ago i don't know the exactly the time

Also my money already withdraw all before a day so after next day when i open my account for deposit i see my account blocked

Iam even was give them a good review here then after 14 hours from my review i see my account is blocked and for really really so bad reason

Iam not playing any other game just live blackjack and craps from provider evolution .. so they said that the provider tell them my bet is suspicious and this unbelievable also if the provider said that so why blocked my account why not just the games from this provider? 🤔

I think they blocked my account because

1- my account in profit

2- because i deposit just 1 time in a day as there was promo for cashback daily for deposit

Hello yes i was already withdraw everything before a day and next day they blocked my account

So i was play hard in my account and they blocked it without any reason

While I understand your point of view, unfortunately, we can’t penalize the casino for closing your account. Casinos, in general, have a right to restrict or even close players’ accounts if they suspect irregular play or other questionable activities or for no reason at all. 

If the casino paid out all the winnings and/or no active balance has been withheld, I’m afraid, there’s not much we can do for you.
