Bio sam džet kockar 2022. i doživotno sam se isključio jer sam imao veliki problem sa kockanjem, izgubio sam više od 30 hiljada i morao sam da bankrotiram.
Pokušao sam da ponovo otvorim svoj nalog i svaki put kada mi je agent za ćaskanje rekao da je to nepovratna procedura i da ne mogu ponovo da igram na njihovom sajtu, pa sam u januaru 2023. otvorio nalog sa drugom adresom e-pošte.
Igrao sam i pobedio i prilikom povlačenja razgovarao sam sa agenticom Dianom radi provere, ona je uz moje podatke videla da sam već imao nalog koji sam samoisključio, ipak je prihvatila da ja čuvam svoj nalog što nikada nije trebalo da se desi pošto sam pomenuo je moje probleme sa igranjem kada sam zatvorio svoj prvi nalog.
Smatram da JET ima odgovornost u ovakvoj situaciji i u mom slučaju nisu poštovali uslove svog osnivanja dajući mi ovaj izuzetak jer me je to i dalje mnogo koštalo.
U svetlu događaja, trebalo je da zatvore ovaj novi račun i da mi vrate depozit.
Juče, 8. maja, nisam mogao da ne igram i ipak sam deponovao 1500 koje želim da vratim.
Moj nalog je ponovo zatvoren doživotno. Želim da budem nadoknađen za juče uplaćene depozite, jer ništa u ovoj situaciji nije legitimno prema meni i to nikada ne bi trebalo da se desi da je kazino poštovao svoja pravila.
Pokušavaju da se opravdaju činjenicom da nikada ranije ne bih spomenuo svoje probleme kada imaju istoriju onlajn ćaskanja, a posebno mojih gubitaka.
Odbijaju da čuju šta imam da kažem i brane se da me nisu terali što je tačno, ali koja je svrha njihove politike ako je ne poštuju?
Kazina i dalje imaju određenu odgovornost i odbijaju da mi daju istoriju ćaskanja jer dobro znaju da bih dobio slučajeve sa svojom bankom sa kojima mogu da otvorim povraćaj sredstava.
Ja sa svoje strane jednostavno tražim odštetu od 2500,00 za štetu koju sam od njih pretrpeo, što je minimalno u odnosu na sve što sam izgubio.
Očigledno je da sam se deponovao svojom voljom i da imam deo odgovornosti, takođe kažu da promovišu odgovorno igranje....da li je odgovorno pustiti kompulzivnog kockara da ponovo otvori nalog znajući dobro da je on gubi kontrolu i to je bolest? Mislim da mi nije žao......da se pravdam da te niko nije terao je neprihvatljivo kada su dobro poznavali moju istoriju kompulzivnog kockanja jer osoba koja nije kompulsivna ne gubi više preko 30 hiljada za manje od godinu dana.
