Pravilo maksimalne opklade je, u stvari, industrijski standard, baš kao i činjenica da kazino ima pravo da oduzme dobitke igrača iz bonus igre nakon što prekrši ovo pravilo. Radije ne idemo protiv industrijskih standarda kažnjavanjem kazina koji s vremena na vreme koriste pravilo maksimalne opklade protiv igrača.
Većina kazina ne primenjuje i ne može tehnološki da primeni svoja pravila maksimalne opklade i mi ne smatramo da je to nepravedno sve dok igrač može da pročita o tome u Uslovima i odredbama. Stoga se bojim da u slučaju da ste više puta prekršili ovo specifično pravilo, ne bismo mogli mnogo više da uradimo.

Thank you for your reply, dlpryce5. While I agree that the term could be written more clearly, the important thing is, that the rule is stated in the T&Cs.
Our position is closely explained in Fair Gambling Codex:
The max bet rule is, in fact, an industry standard, just as the fact that a casino has the right to seize the player's winnings from bonus play after breaking this rule. We prefer not to go against industry standards by penalizing casinos that use the maximum bet rule against players from time to time.
Most casinos don't and can't technologically enforce their max bet rules and we do not find it unfair as long as the player can read about it in the T&Cs. Therefore, I am afraid that in case you repeatedly breached this specific rule, there is not much more we could do.
