Sa Lucki nugget-om sam već skoro 2 godine i ni jednom nisam imao problema sa njima. Povlačenja su bila laka i nikada nisam imao nikakvih pritužbi, do nedavno 21. jula 2023. osvojio sam mega moolah žuti džekpot, uzbuđen sam i preko meseca sam čak napravio i snimak ekrana svojih dobitaka, samo da bih saznao nekoliko dana kasnije nakon što sam se pitao zašto moje povlačenje nije bilo uspešno, saznao sam da su 25. jula 2023. suspendovali moj nalog i da više nisam mogao da pristupim svojim sredstvima niti da stupim u kontakt sa upravom. Ove poslednje 3 nedelje upravo sam dobijao naokolo od strane korisničke službe govoreći „u toku je provera, sačekajte odgovor menadžmenta" ni jednom od kada su suspendovali moj nalog nisu mi dali razlog zašto su to uradili. To je nepravedno, i snimio sam sve razgovore koje sam vodio sa korisničkom službom samo kao dokaz sa moje strane šta su svi rekli. Nažalost, kada sam od njih zatražio transkript naših razgovora, rekli su da bi trebalo da dobijete e-poštu u roku od 48-72 sata. Naravno, još jednom, proverio sam neželjenu/spam poštu i nije poslata 1. Nisam siguran kuda da krenem odavde. Svaki savet bi bio sjajan.
Dodatne beleške. Pokušao sam da otpremim sve dokaze putem priloga za otpremanje na kraju, ali stalno govori da nije uspelo učitavanje. Da li postoji još neki način na koji mogu da pošaljem da mi pomognem u vezi sa zahtevom?
I've been with lucky nugget for almost 2years now and not once did I have any problems with them. Withdraws were easy and never had any complaints there, until recently 21st July 2023 I had won the mega moolah yellow jackpot, I'm excited and over the moon I even made a screen shot of my winnings, only to find out a few days later after wondering why my withdraw was not successful to find out that on the 25th of July 2023 they had suspended my account and I could no longer access my funds or get in contact with management. These last 3 weeks I've just been getting the run around by customer service saying "its under review please wait for a response from management" not once since they suspended my account have they given me a reason why they had done this. Its unfair, and I've screen shot all conversations I've had with customer service just for proof on my side of what they have all have said. Sadly when I requested a transcript from them of our conversations they said you should receive an email withing 48-72hours. Of course yet again, I've checked junk/spam mails and not 1 was sent. Not sure where to go from here. Any advice would be great.
Side note. I tried to upload all evidence via upload attachments at the end but it keeps saying failed to load. Is there any other way I can send through to help with my claim?
