Možete li da potvrdite da li ste ranije uspešno povlačili novac iz ovog kazina?
Da li ste pokušali da kontaktirate korisničku podršku u vezi sa suspendovanim nalogom? Ako jeste, kakav je bio njihov odgovor?

I have read the Terms and Conditions, and this is what I found:
Inactivity
After >52 weeks of inactivity, accounts may be deactivated or suspended.
Volatility
Crypto funds that have not been used to wager/play for more than 12 months, cannot be withdrawn.
Do I understand correctly that you have now accessed your accounts for the first time after more than 12 months?
Could you please confirm if you made any successful withdrawals from this casino before?
Have you tried contacting customer support regarding your suspended account? If so, what was their response?
