7. maja 2023. zatražio sam 3-mesečni period hlađenja putem e-pošte preko mog VIP menadžera Angele. Umesto 3 meseca, bilo je samo 3 dana. Ponovo sam uplaćivao depozite i kontaktirao sam live chat 11. maja da se isključim zbog previše trošenja/problema na kockanje. Rečeno mi je da kontaktiram Angelu, što sam i učinio, 11. maja. Ovaj zahtev je ignorisan. Ponovo sam poslao e-poštu 23. maja i 26. maja. Izgledalo je da je taktika koja je korišćena bila da se na moje zahteve odgovori pitanjima da se zahtev zapravo ne izvrši.
Na kraju sam položio preko 11.000 dolara za to vreme. Podigao sam 4500 dolara. Zabrinut sam što ovaj kazino ne poštuje smernice za odgovorno kockanje i očigledno odugovlači i odlaže reagovanje na samoisključivanje i hlađenje.
Moj nalog je od tada zatvoren (27. maja), ali mislim da ne bi trebalo da kontaktiram čet da bih bio upućen Vip menadžeru, a zatim da moram da pošaljem e-poštu 3 puta da zahtevam samoisključivanje. Jasno sam primetio razlog zašto želim da se ohladim i samoisključim.
Da budem transparentan, već sam podneo žalbu Ask Gamblers-u - sajt jednostavno nije odgovorio na upit o žalbi. Čini se da im se isplati da ignorišu zahteve za samoisključivanje i žalbe.
Imam još priloga koji prikazuju depozite i datume ako je potrebno.

On May 7, 2023, I requested to have a 3 month cool off period via email through my VIP manager Angela. Instead of 3 months, it was only 3 days. I found myself making deposits again and contacted live chat on May 11 to self exclude due to spending too much/problem gambling. I was told to contact Angela, which I did, on May 11. This request was ignored. I emailed again May 23, and May 26. The tactic used appeared to be to respond to my requests with questions to not actually action the request.
I ended up depositing over $11,000 during this time. I withdrew $4500. I am concerned that this casino is not following the responsible gambling guidelines and clearly stalls and delays responding to self exclude and cool off.
My account has since been closed (May 27), but I don't think I should have to contact chat to be referred to the Vip manager, then have to email 3 times to request self exclusion. I clearly noted the reason for wanting to cool off and self exclude.
To be transparent, I filed a complaint with Ask Gamblers already - the site simply didn't respond to the complaint inquiry. Seems like it's worth it for them to ignore self exclusion requests and complaint inquiries.
