Da li je vaša banka vratila početni depozit od 50 USD na vaš račun? Da li sam tačno shvatio da je banka automatski otkazala transakciju, a vi niste zahtevali povraćaj sredstava?
Kada ste primetili da je depozit poništila banka? Da li je to bilo pre ili nakon što ste počeli da igrate u kazinu sa vašim stanjem od 50 dolara?
Da li ste primili bilo kakvu e-poštu sa objašnjenjem zašto je vaš nalog zatvoren, a dobici konfiskovani?
Možete li potvrditi da li ste prošli punu KIC verifikaciju?

Did your bank return the initial $50 deposit to your account? Am I correct in understanding that the bank automatically canceled the transaction, and you did not request a chargeback?
When did you notice that the deposit was canceled by the bank? Was it before or after you started playing in the casino with your balance of $50?
Have you received any email with an explanation of why your account was closed and your winnings confiscated?
Could you please confirm if you passed the full KYC verification?
