Dobio sam dovoljno dokaza koji podržavaju odluku kazina. Nakon prikupljanja svih potrebnih informacija i podataka, ovu žalbu odbacujemo kao neopravdanu zbog kršenja pravila i uslova kazina - otkrivanja i zloupotrebe sistemskih nedostataka kazina i/ili njegovog platnog prolaza, kao i višestrukih pokušaja zloupotrebe ostalih dijelova sistema. u vašu korist na račun kazina. Mogli ste da igrate sa dvostruko većim saldom nego što ste imali pravo, u poređenju sa stvarnim depozitom koji ste uplatili u kazino. Kazino je postupio korektno iu skladu sa svojim Uslovima i odredbama.
Žao nam je, nismo bili u mogućnosti da vam pomognemo oko ovoga, ali molimo vas da nas kontaktirate ubuduće ako naiđete na bilo kakve probleme sa ovim ili bilo kojim drugim kazinom. Tu smo da pomognemo.

I was provided with sufficient evidence supporting the casino's decision. After gathering all the necessary information and data, we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified due to breaching the casino's terms and conditions - discovery and abuse of systemic deficiencies of the casino and/or its payment gateway and also multiple attempts to abuse the other system parts in your favour at the expense of the casino. You were able to play with twice the balance than you were eligible to, compared to the real deposit that you made to the casino. The casino acted correctly and within its Terms and Conditions.
