Prvo, želimo da ukažemo na neke neslaganja u priči igrača, prvo je rekao da je napravio novi nalog jer se preselio i želeo da adresa na njegovom profilu bude ažurna, iako je igrač već u potpunosti verifikovan na to vreme.
Zatim kaže da je napravio novi nalog jer nije mogao da se prijavi na svoj prvi. Pored toga, želimo da napomenemo da nas igrač nije kontaktirao u vezi promene adrese ili problema sa prijavljivanjem na svoj nalog. I trenutno igrač traži da mu vratimo sredstva koja je imao na svom prvom računu, što znači da već nešto nije u redu u ovoj situaciji, pošto je igrač ranije naveo da ne može da se prijavi na svoj prvi nalog.
Treće što želimo da istaknemo je da nas je igrač kontaktirao i rekao da ne zna ništa o drugom nalogu i da ima samo jedan.
U skladu sa uslovima i odredbama naše platforme, preduzeli smo odgovarajuće mere tako što smo suspendovali oba naloga zbog kršenja naših smernica.

Then he says that he created a new account because he could not log into his first one. In addition, we would like to note that the player did not contact us about changing his address or problems with logging into his account. And at the moment, the player is demanding that we refund the funds he had on his first account, which means that something is already wrong in this situation, since the player previously indicated that he could not log into his first account.
The third thing we would like to emphasize is that the player contacted us and said that he did not know anything about the other account and that he had only one.
In adherence to our platform's T&C, we took appropriate action by suspending both accounts for violation of our policies.
