Još 2016. tražim da budem samoisključen iz AllBritish kazina - kazina pod brendom "L & L Europe Casino" Videti Dodatak 1, gde operater za ćaskanje potvrđuje da sam samoisključen i da više nemam priliku da igram na drugima "L & L Europe Casino sajtovi"
Početkom novembra 2020. slučajno sam naišao na kazino „Fun Casino", koji je takođe sajt pod „L&L Europe". Ovde se registrujem bez problema, i izgubim 500 evra.
Ja se naknadno žalim i kažu mi da je razlog što sam imao priliku da igram sa njima to što nisam označen kao zavisnik od kockanja u All British kazinu. (Vidi Dodatak 2) Naravno, ne razumem ovo, pošto mi je operater za ćaskanje iz All British upravo rekao da više ne mogu da se registrujem ni u jednom „L & L Europe" kazinu. FunCasino me uverava u istom imejlu (prilog 2) da sam sada samoisključen i da je moj korisnik napravljen kao zavisnik od kockanja. U ovom trenutku neću nastaviti sa predmetom.
Krajem istog meseca (novembra 2020.) naišao sam na sajt Race Casino - takođe sajt L & L Europe.
Ovde mogu ponovo da se registrujem bez daljeg, i izgubim 450 evra. Kada naknadno saznam da je to takođe sajt L&L Europe, veoma sam frustriran i žalim se RaceCasinu da su mi dozvolili da se kockam uprkos činjenici da sam označen kao zavisnik od kockanja o njihovom celom brendu (pogledajte dodatak 3)
RaceCasino odgovara (dodatak 4) da je razlog zašto me nisu blokirali taj što je moja godina rođenja sa njima postavljena na 1981, a u FunCasinu na 2002. Moja prava godina rođenja je 1981.
Mora se reći da je u AllBritish kazinu moja godina rođenja takođe bila postavljena na 1981. Kada me je FunCasino blokirao, nisu ništa spomenuli da moja godina rođenja nije ista sa njima i All British.
RaceCasino takođe pominje da se moje prezime ne poklapa 100% pošto sam svoje srednje ime napisao ispod prezimena na njihovom sajtu.

On smatra da kada godina i prezime nisu 100% isti, onda nemam pravo na refundaciju. Ovo uprkos činjenici da sam koristio istu adresu e-pošte, isti broj telefona, isto ime i istu kreditnu karticu i u FunCasinu i u RaceCasinu. Nisam koristio istu kreditnu karticu i adresu na AllBritish-u koju sam koristio na druga dva sajta jer su bile 4 godine između, au međuvremenu sam se preselio i dobio novu kreditnu karticu.
Kaže mi, baš kao što mi je ranije rečeno, da koriste prezimena i rođendane da blokiraju ljude koji su blokirali nalog zbog zavisnosti od kockanja. U Danskoj ima 2-300.000 ljudi sa prezimenom „Jensen". Neki od njih će sigurno imati isti rođendan. Ako koristite rođendan i prezime kao stvari za sortiranje igrača zavisnih od kockanja, mislim da će mnogim ljudima biti odbijeno da se registruju jer su identični mnogim ljudima.
Pitam ga i zašto su to baš te dve stvari koje blokiraju, ali on nikad ne odgovori. Takođe nikada ne odgovara zašto ne blokiraju na osnovu e-pošte (kao što to čini velika većina kazina), broja telefona, imena, zemlje ili informacija o kreditnoj kartici. Na ovo takođe ne uspeva da odgovori. On jednostavno piše da informacije moraju biti 100% iste, a zatim se poziva na njihov t/c, koji sam naknadno pregledao. Ovde, međutim, nisam uspeo da nađem ništa o tome.
Ne verujem da L&L Europe ispunjava ono što su mi obećali još 2016. godine i da stoga imam pravo na refundaciju novca koji sam izgubio na FunCasinu i RaceCasinu., ukupno 950 evra.

RaceCasino replies (appendix 4) that the reason they have not blocked me is that my year of birth with them was set to 1981 and at FunCasino to 2002. My real year of birth is 1981.
It must be said that at AllBritish casino, my year of birth was also set to 1981. When FunCasino blocked me, they did not mention anything that my year of birth was not the same with them and All British.
RaceCasino also mentions that my last name does not match 100% as I have written my middle name under last name on their site.

He maintains that when the year and surname are not 100% the same, then I am not entitled to a refund. This despite the fact that I used the same email address, same phone number, same first name and same credit card at both FunCasino and RaceCasino. I did not use the same credit card and address on AllBritish that I used on the other two sites as there were 4 years in between and in the meantime had moved and had gotten a new credit card.
He tells me, just as I had been told before, that they use surnames and birthdays to block people who have blocked their account due to gambling addiction. I also ask him why these are exactly the two things they are blocking, but he never answers. He also never answers why they do not block based on email (as the vast majority of casinos do), phone number, name, country or credit card information. This he also fails to answer.
