Na osnovu vaših snimaka ekrana koje ste dali, posljednje povlačenje je izvršeno prije samo tjedan dana, stoga bih definitivno preporučio da sačekate barem do kraja ove slabe strane da novac stigne jer je obično potrebno 14 dana da se u potpunosti obradi - čak i ako BTC bi trebao biti malo brži.
Molimo vas da nas u petak obavijestite da li je novac stigao ili ne, a ako ne stigne, mi ćemo to dodatno istražiti.

Based on your screeshots you provided, the last withdrawal was issued only a week ago, therefore I would definitely recommend to wait at least till the end of this weak for the money to arrive as it usualy takes 14 days to be fully processed - even if BTC should be a little bit faster.
Please let us know on friday if the money arrived or not, and if they won't, we will be looking further into it.
