Kazino nam je dostavio niz informacija i dokumenata u vezi s vašim slučajem koji sugeriraju da je bilo neke vrste neregularnih aktivnosti s vašim računom, međutim nakon pažljivog pregleda dokumenata zaključili smo da nisu dovoljni da nam bilo šta dokažu. The casino has provided us with a number of information and documents regarding your case suggesting that there was some kind of irregular activity with your account, however after careful examination of the documents, we concluded they were insufficient to prove us anything. Since the casino does not respond to this case anymore, we have no other choice than to close this complaint as 'unresolved'.
