Dobio sam više dokaza koji podržavaju odluku kazina. Nakon prikupljanja svih potrebnih informacija ovu žalbu odbacujemo kao neopravdanu. Osim što ste uzeli još jedan bonus bez depozita na vaš balans, što je rezultiralo mešovitim sredstvima, poslali ste lažne dokumente na verifikaciju i to je direktno kršenje odredbi i uslova kazina.

I was provided with more evidence supporting the casino's decision. After gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified. Apart from taking another no-deposit bonus on top of your balance which resulted in mixed funds, you sent fraudulent documents for verification and this is directly in breach of the terms and conditions of the casino.
