b. Svakom igraču je dozvoljeno da ima jedan korisnički nalog . Ukoliko kazino utvrdi da je igrač otvorio više od jednog korisničkog naloga, kazino zadržava pravo da zatvori sve račune igrača dok će se svi mogući dobici i bonusi smatrati poništenim i nevažećim.
Da li sam dobro razumeo da imate dva naloga u Iabbi kazinu? Da li je neki od vaših naloga verifikovan?
Kada ste poslednji put komunicirali sa korisničkom podrškom i o čemu se radi?

Thank you very much for submitting this complaint. I'm sorry to hear about your negative experience with Yabby Casino. I have checked the casino's Terms and Conditions, and this is what I found:
5.1 Opening a User Account
b. Each Player is allowed to have one User Account. Should the Casino establish that a Player has opened more than one User Account, the Casino reserves the right to close all Player's accounts while all possible winnings and bonuses would be considered annulled and void.
Do I understand correctly that you have two accounts at Yabby Casino? Has any of your accounts been verified?
When was the last time you communicated with customer support and what was it about?
