Zdravo! Iskreno se nadam vašoj pomoći, pošto već razumem da ne postoji opcija da samostalno povučem novac sa sajta betnuvo.com. Registrovao sam se na sajtu betnuvo.com pre otprilike dva meseca. Igrao sam poker dosta dugo (igrao mnogo ruku) i takođe sam mnogo kladio na sportske događaje (15-20 opklada). Uplatio sam svoj prvi depozit od 225,23 evra 29. avgusta i izgubio sam ga ceo taj dan. Sledećeg dana, 30. avgusta, ponovo sam dopunio sajt sa 211,19 evra. Opet sam igrao poker i kladio se na sportske događaje. Na kraju sam malo pobedio i imao oko 560-580 evra na računu (ne sećam se tačno kolike sume). Stavio sam novac na podizanje i sve je počelo... Na njihov sajt sam postavio svoja lična dokumenta, napravio i poslao selfi, a takođe postavio izvod iz banke i dokaz adrese (račun za komunalne usluge). Ali dokumenti su pregledani veoma dugo i stalno sam im pisao u onlajn ćaskanju i putem e-pošte ( ). Na kraju su mi mejlom odgovorili da im treba izvod iz banke ili račun za komunalije na engleskom. Pošto živim u Finskoj, bilo je prilično teško zatražiti dokument na engleskom, pošto je naš zvanični jezik finski. Ali tražio sam od banke izvod i oni su mi ga poslali na engleskom. Nakon toga sam izjavu poslao na Betnuvo.com, na šta sam dobio odgovor da izjava nije prikladna bez obrazloženja... Naplatio sam i račun za internet i račun za struju (u svim dokumentima je jasno naznačeno moje ime i prezime i adresu) i poslali ih na njihovu e-poštu. U stvari, svi dokumenti su ispunjavali uslove i nije bilo razloga da ne verifikujem svoj nalog. Prošlo je dosta vremena dok nisu prihvatili dokumenta, a onda su napisali da ne odgovaraju i da će mi napraviti izuzetak... Pisala sam im svaki dan u onlajn ćaskanje! Izbačen sam iz četa, blokiran, zatvorili su mi čet na sajtu da ne mogu da pišem. Nakon što sam uspeo da verifikuju moj nalog, zatražio sam povlačenje. Ali novac se vratio.. Pokušao sam nekoliko puta i sve uzalud. Ponovo sam im pisao u ćaskanju i rekli su mi da trenutni depozit od 535 evra moram da se kladim u jednu opkladu na kvotu od najmanje 2... Počeo sam da se svađam sa njima i kažem da ovo nije depozit na sve, ali pobeda i uopšte nemaju takva pravila i uslove. Na šta mi je rečeno da to „moram" da uradim i tek tada će mi biti dostupno povlačenje sredstava. Pa, kladio sam se i pobedio. Kao rezultat toga, imao sam 1161 evro na svom računu ... Stavio sam ovaj novac na podizanje i novac se vratio ponovo ... Shvatajući da mi najverovatnije nikada neće dati takav iznos, namerno sam izgubio 430 evra i sada sam imam 683 evra na računu.
