Interno sam sustigao tim u vezi sa aktivnostima na računu igrača. Kao što je pomenuto, tražili su limit od 50 dolara. Depozitna aktivnost na računu bila je;
1. nedelja = 50 USD (u okviru ograničenja)
2. nedelja = 36,60 USD (u okviru ograničenja)
3. nedelja = 36 USD (u okviru ograničenja)
Ukupan iznos koji je bio iznad zahtevanog limita bio je 140,66 dolara. Od čega je 86 dolara već vraćeno. Ostalo je još 54,66 dolara za refundiranje. Da bismo mogli da obradimo ovaj povraćaj, biće nam potrebni detalji o plaćanju (broj institucije, broj računa za tranzit i broj računa). Da li bi bilo moguće da nas kupac direktno kontaktira da potvrdi ove detalje i da to možemo da obradimo za njih.

Hi Peter,
I have caught up with the team internally regarding the activity on the players account. As mentioned they had requested $50 limit. The deposit activity on the account was;
Week 1 = $50 (within limit)
Week 2 = $36.60 (within limit)
Week 3 = $36 (within limit)
The total balance which was above the requested limit was $140.66. Of which $86 has already been refunded. There is still $54.66 to be refunded. For us to be able to process this refund we will require payment details (Institution Number, Acc Transit Number and Acc Number). Would it be possible for the customer to contact us directly to confirm these details and we can process this for them.
