hvala što ste ponovo otvorili ovu situaciju.
junglivin zatvori moj nalog. Ali ima nešto (imam i imejl kontakt za vas). Učinio sam da zatvorim svoj nalog 23. marta 2023. Primam svaki put kada je moj zahtev u obradi. Ali u međuvremenu nastavljam da polažem.. ukupno €841,- evra.. za mene prilično mnogo novca.
ako mi zatvore račun na moj prvi zahtev 23. marta, u međuvremenu nisam položio ovaj iznos novca. Po mom mišljenju, oni su ispunili moj zahtev od 23. marta, a ne 2 nedelje kasnije.
ovo je nešto što sam pisao na trustpilotu o ovom problemu, uključujući odgovor koji dobijam putem e-pošte od junglivin-a.
Pokušavam da zatvorim svoj nalog putem ćaskanja i e-pošte 23-03-2023 .. nakon ovog zahteva poslao sam preko 5 e-poruka da zatvorim svoj nalog.. ali oni stalno govore isto, tako da ovde imate neke odgovore koje imam primati putem e-pošte;

Obaveštavamo vas da će nakon završetka procesa vaš nalog biti odmah zatvoren na vaš zahtev. Molimo, imajte na umu da se svi zahtevi obrađuju po principu ko prvi dođe, prvi uslužen (ovo zvuči stvarno bolesno!)

zatvorili su moj račun 6. aprila, 2 nedelje nakon mog zahteva. U međuvremenu sam izgubio €846,-

jungliwin close my account. But there is something (I have the email contact for you as well). I did a close my account request on 23 march 2023.. I recieve everytime my request is in process. But in the meantime I keep depositing.. in total €841,- euro.. for me pretty much a lot of money.
if they close my account at my first request in 23 march, I didn’t deposit this amount of money in the meantime. In my opinion they had the fill in my request from 23 march and not 2 weeks later.
this is something I’ve writing on trustpilot about this issue including the answer I recieve by email from jungliwin.
I try to close my account by chat and email on 23-03-2023 .. after this request I’ve send over 5 emails to close my account.. but they keep saying the same, so here you have some answers I’ve recieve by email;
