Hvala vam puno što ste podneli žalbu. Žao mi je što čujem za vaš problem. Iako razumem vašu frustraciju, ne možemo da kaznimo kazino za ovo, niti možemo bilo šta da uradimo da ovde pomognemo. Najverovatnije postoji tehnički problem sa strane provajdera igre i pošto ste ih već kontaktirali, predlažem da sačekate njihovu pomoć. Nadamo se da će uskoro moći da reše problem.
Molim vas, javite mi ako mogu još nešto da vam pomognem, inače ću biti primoran da zatvorim ovu žalbu.

Although I understand your frustration, we cannot penalize the casino for this, nor there is anything we could do to help here. There is most likely a technical issue from the game provider's side and since you have already contacted them, I would suggest that you wait for their assistance. Hopefully, they will be able to fix the problem soon.
