Kockarnica je izvršila isplatu zatraženu 6. avgusta nakon nekoliko sati.
Dvije dodatne isplate zatražene 7. i 8. avgusta još uvijek su u toku. Ne mogu ih otkazati pa se nešto dogodilo s njima.
Kontaktirao sam podršku i kažu da moram poslati bankovni izvod da dokažem da ga nisam primio. Čak i kao nepotreban dokaz, šaljem izjavu.
Od tada će nam slati samo "financijsko odjeljenje".
Nije teško vidjeti da transakcija nedostaje.
The casino did a payout requested on the 6th of August after a few hours.
Two additional payouts requested on the 7th and 8th of August are still pending. I cant cancel them so something happened with them.
I contacted support and they say I have to send a bank statement to prove I did not receive it. Even being a unnecessary evidence I send the statement.
Since then all I hear is "financial department" will message us.
Cant be that hard to see the transaction is missing.
