Prvobitno sam obavešten da je za obradu mog povlačenja potreban detaljan račun. Od tada sam otpremio traženi obračun po stavkama, ali nisam dobio nikakvu potvrdu ili ažuriranje o tome kada ću moći da povučem svoja sredstva.
Odsustvo podrške za ćaskanje uživo učinilo je ovaj proces izuzetno teškim i frustrirajućim. Hitno mi je potreban odgovor i rešenje ovog pitanja. Potvrdite prijem mog otpremljenog dokumenta i navedite vremenski okvir kada će moje povlačenje biti obrađeno.
