Pišem da bih izrazio svoje ekstremno nezadovoljstvo nedavnim iskustvom koje sam imao dok sam igrao Crash Game na vašoj kazino platformi. Igra je pokvarila rad, zbog čega sam izgubio opkladu, a korisnička podrška koju sam dobio bila je daleko od zadovoljavajuće.

Ovo zahteva vrlo jednostavnu logiku da shvatim da je to bila greška sajta i dosta mi je podrške koja uvek ima iste generičke odgovore o VPN-u, ograničenju brzine, kešu uređaja, itd... Opet, nisam koristio VPN, i Imam dobru vezu, dovoljno da Crash bude uglađen.
Tehnički tim je rekao da su proverili dnevnik i nisu našli nikakvu grešku. Međutim, tvrdim da jeste. Svako ko redovno igra Crash to zna, a ovaj retki dokaz je više nego dovoljan dokaz.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had while playing the Crash Game on your casino platform. The game malfunctioned, causing me to lose my bet, and the customer support I received was far from satisfactory.
