Zdravo, moja žalba se odnosi na moj Vegas2web račun. Mogao sam pristupiti svom Vegas2web računu prije nekoliko mjeseci. Čak sam napravio depozit.

Kad god sam pokušao pristupiti njihovoj web stranici kako bih se mogao prijaviti na svoj račun, pojavila se stranica koja me obavještava da je vlasnik zabranio pristup ovoj web stranici, a IP je zabranio nešto slično. Nikada prije nisam imao ovakav problem. Mogao sam pristupiti moj račun prije bio u redu bez ikakvih problema. Nisam znao šta da radim. Nisam mogao čak ni pristupiti njihovoj web stranici Želio sam razgovarati s nekim u podršci za chat u vezi s tim, ali nisam mogao to učiniti jer su mi zabranili čak i pristup njihovu web stranicu. Nisam mogao ni učitati njihovu web stranicu na svoj ekran, pa kako sam mogao dobiti podršku?
Nisam imao druge opcije osim da koristim vpn da barem pristupim njihovoj stranici kako bih mogao razgovarati sa nekim o svom problemu. Čak ni sa VPN-om nisam mogao pristupiti svom računu, ali sam nekako došao do nekoga u chat podršci. Obavijestio sam ga u vezi sa ovim problemom nego mi je rekao da mi je račun zabranjen zbog neusklađenosti IP-a. Kako je to moguće da koristim istu internet vezu posljednje 4 godine. Obavijestio me da su lokacija na mom računu i lokacija na mom uređaju različite. To je smiješno lokacija je ista I otkad sam registrovao svoj nalog nisam se nikad preselio pa Kako je to moguće?
Definitivno su lagali.Zato me je zamolio da ponovo pošaljem svoje dokumente radi reaktivacije mog računa.Ponovo sam im poslao svoju ličnu kartu i dokumente sa dokazom adrese.Nakon toga sam dobio e-mail od njihovog tima za podršku da obavim ponovnu verifikaciju mojih podataka na chat za reaktivaciju mog naloga.
Pošto nisam mogao ni da otvorim njihovu podršku za ćaskanje bez korišćenja vpn-a, morao sam da koristim vpn da pristupim podršci za ćaskanje. Sve svoje podatke dajem agentu za ćaskanje i on ih je potvrdio nakon toga me obavestio da je moj nalog ponovo aktiviran.
Tako da sam isključio vpn jer mi je rekao da je moj nalog ponovo aktivan. Pokušao sam pristupiti njihovoj web stranici bez ikakvog VPN-a kako bih se mogao prijaviti na svoj račun, ali opet sam imao istu stranicu na kojoj je pisalo da je pristup odbijen IP-u zabranjen. Agent lagao me Nikada nije ponovo aktivirao moj nalog. Ako jeste, trebalo bi da mogu da pristupim njihovoj web stranici bez korištenja VPN-a, ali ipak nisam mogao pristupiti njihovoj web stranici.
Tako da sam morao ponovo razgovarati s njima u vezi s tim, ali pošto mi nisu ponovo aktivirali račun, nisam mogao čak ni pristupiti njihovoj podršci za chat bez vpn-a pa sam morao ponovo koristiti vpn da pristupim njihovoj podršci za chat. Obavijestio sam sve agenta za ćaskanje ponovo i rekla mi je da je moj nalog moj nalog je ponovo aktiviran, ali su ga ponovo zabranili jer sam koristio vpn. Pokušao sam da je nateram da shvati da bez vpn-a ne mogu ni da razgovaram sa njima u vezi problema a kamoli da pristupim svom nalogu. Nikada je nisam koristio Nikada nisam imao nikakvu namjeru da je koristim. Međutim, od kada su zabranio moj nalog bez razloga nisam imao nikakvu drugu opciju osim da koristim vpn kako bih mogao doći do njihove podrške za ćaskanje barem da ih obavijestim o problemu.
Zabranili su me zbog korištenja VPN-a, ali sam ga koristio da ne bih pristupio svom računu samo da bih pristupio njihovoj usluzi za ćaskanje kako bih mogao razgovarati s nekim o problemu. Molimo vas za pomoć!
Hi my complaint is regarding my Vegas2web account.I was able to access my Vegas2web account few months ago.I even made a deposit.
But recently when I tried to access my account I couldn't even access their website let alone log in to my account.
Whenever I tried accessing their website so that I could log in to my account there was a page informing me that Access to this website is denied by the owner and IP banned something like that.I Never had any issue like this before.I could access my account before fine without any issue.I didn't know what to do.I couldn't even access their website I wanted to talk to someone at chat support regarding this but I couldn't do it because they banned me from even accessing their website.I couldn't even load their website on my screen so how could I have gotten support?
I had no other option but to use vpn to at least access their site so that I could chat with someone regarding my problem.Even with Vpn I couldn't access my Account but somehow I got hold of someone in chat support.I informed him regarding the issue than he told me my account was banned because of IP missmatch.How could that be possible I have been using same internet connection for last 4years.He informed me Location on my account and location on my device were different.That is ridiculous location has been same I since I registered my account I never moved so How could that be possible?
They were lying definately.So He asked me to send my documents again for reactivation of my account.I sent them my ID and Address proof documents again.After that I got an email from their support team informing to do re verification of my details on chat for my account reactivation.
Since I couldn't even open their chat support without using a vpn I had to use vpn to access the chat support.I provide all my information to the chat agent and he verified them after that he informed me my account was re activated.
So I disconnected the vpn since he told me that my account was active again.I tried to access their website without any VPN so that I could log in to my account but again I had the same page that said Access denied IP banned.The agent lied to me He never reactivated my account If he did than I should have been able to access their website without using any vpn but still I could not access their website.
So I had to chat with them again regarding that but Since they didn't reactivate me account I could not even access their chat support without the vpn so I had to use vpn again to access their chat support.I informed everything to the chat agent again and she told me that me account was my account was reactivated but they banned it again because I used vpn.I tried to make her understand that without the vpn I couldn't even chat with them regarding the issue let alone access my account.But she had no interest in helping me she kept parroting that they banned my account again because I used vpn to chat with them.
There was no other way for me to get hold of their chat support without using a vpn.Before they banned my account I was able to access their website without any VPN.I never used it Never had any intention to use it.However since they banned my account for no reason I didnt have any other option but to use a vpn so that could get hold of their chat support atleast to let them know about the issue.
They banned me for using VPN but I used it not to access my account just to access their chat service so I could talk to someone regarding the Issue.Please Help!
