Nisam izvršio nijedno uspešno povlačenje.
Napravio sam niz uspešnih depozita koristeći svoju BNZ debitnu karticu.
mnoga druga onlajn kazina/sportsko klađenje jednostavno refundiraju vaše povlačenje na istu karticu. Ipak, ova kompanija (20bet) tvrdi da banka odbija transakciju, iako je ista banka odobrila depozit??
Nakon što sam nekoliko puta pokušao da koristim debitnu karticu, razgovarao sam sa 20Bet službom za pomoć.
ovde su mi rekli da pokušam bankovnim transferom. Ovo je naravno isti račun povezan sa debitnom karticom.
Tražili su IBAN koji NZ naravno ne koristi. Onda mi kažu da je jednostavan kod za brisanje sve što je potrebno. Uneo sam bankovne podatke nekoliko puta i povlačenje se uvek otkazuje zbog „netačnih podataka"
Pokušavam obe metode povezane sa mojim bankovnim računom u BNZ-u već skoro 2 nedelje. Uvek ista greška. Uvek različiti izgovori.
Kontaktiram njihov odeljenje za pomoć i oni mi samo kažu iste dve stvari,
- banka je odbila povlačenje.
- proverite podatke o svom bankovnom računu.
Poslao sam mnogo snimaka ekrana onoga što unosim. Oni jednostavno nisu zainteresovani da pomognu.
sigurno imaju mogućnost da sami pošalju novac, a da ja to ne uradim.
Takođe sam pročitao stotine recenzija na mreži, sve sa veoma sličnim pričama i osnovnim uverenjem da je ova kompanija prevara.
da razjasnim, jednostavno imam svoj BNZ nalog.

Nemam druge metode. Nemam skrill ili druge elektronske novčanike i ne koristim kriptovalute.

I have not made any successful withdrawals.
I have made a series of successful deposits using my BNZ debit card.
many other online casinos/sports betting simply refund your withdrawal back into the same card. Yet this company (20bet) claim the bank is declining the transaction, even though the same bank authorised deposit??
having tried several times using the debit card, I’ve spoken to 20Bet help desk.
here they told me to try a bank transfer. This is of course the same account connected to the debit card.
They have asked for IBAN which of course NZ don’t use. They then tell me a simple clearing code is all that’s needed. I have input bank details several times and the withdrawal is always cancelled due to "incorrect details"
I’ve been trying both methods associated with my BNZ bank account for nearly 2 weeks now. Always the same error. Always different excuses.
I contact their help dept and they just tell me the same two things,
- bank has refused withdrawal.
- please check your bank account details.
I have sent many screen shots of what I am inputting. They just don’t seem interested in helping.
surely they have the ability to just send money themselves without me doing it.
I have also read many hundreds of reviews on line all with very similar stories and an underlying belief that this company is a scam.
to clarify, I simply have my BNZ account.

I do not have any other methods. I don’t have skrill or other e wallets and I don’t use any crypto.
simply my bank account.
again from which they happily took my money when I was deposing.
