22. maja sam zatražio povlačenje 600,78 €, nakon što sam dobio informaciju da moram da prođem KIC pa sam pokušao da učitam svoja dokumenta putem obrasca u njihovom kazinu. Pokušao sam više puta i dobio sam potvrdu da su moji dokumenti uspešno otpremljeni, kako je Betsafe tvrdio da ih nisu primili, a obrazac na sajtu je tražio da ga još uvek postavim čak i nakon uspešnog otpremanja...
Obavestio sam ih putem pošte o ovom pitanju, složili su se da mogu poslati tražena dokumenta putem pošte, pa sam to i uradio.
Prvo su mi odgovorili da im format/sajt ne odgovara, međutim poslao sam traženi format u pravoj veličini i oni su ga prihvatili, dobio sam jednog dana potvrdu da je moj nalog verifikovan
I postoji trenutak kada su krenuli čudni potezi, maločas sam dobio još jedno obaveštenje da moram da učitam dokumente, pitao sam preko mail podrške zašto je to tako jer sam ih upravo poslao na ispravnu poštu a oni su mi odgovorili da ne prihvataju dokumente poslato poštom i moram da postavim preko obrasca na sajtu (ono što je i danas pokvareno)
Nakon što sam opisao da su primili moja dokumenta, pa čak i verifikovani nalog, više ne odgovaraju na moje mejlove.
Ovaj kazino je počeo da igra nepoštene igre jer vidim da ne povlačim 600€....

On 22 May I requested withdrawal of €600.78, after it I received information I have to pass KYC so I tried to upload my documents by form in their casino. I tried multiple times and I got confirmation that my documents were sucesfully uploaded howeer betsafe claimed that they did not receive it and the form on site asking my still to upload it even just after sucessful upload...
I informed them over mail about this issue, they agreed that I can send requested documents over mail, so I did that.
First they replied the format/site doesn't suit them however I sent requested format in right size and they accepted it, I got one day confirmation that my account got verified
And there is moment when weird moves started, just a while I got another notification that I have to upload documents, I asked by mail support why is that because I just sent them to the correct mail and they replied that they don't accept documents sent by mail and I have to upload over form on site ( what is still broken to this day )
After I described that they received my documents and even verified account, they don't respond anymore to my mails.
This casino started playing unfair games as I see to not withdraw 600€....
