Nedavno sam se registrovao na Casimbi, napravio depozit i igrao jedan dan. Inače, ništa nisam dobio – samo sam malo izgubio, ali to nije poenta priče. Nekoliko dana kasnije, dobio sam e-poruku iz kazina u kojoj je navedeno da moram da prođem verifikaciju. Pa, istog dana sam učitao sve potrebne dokumente, ali već sledećeg dana sam dobio još jedan mejl sa zahtevom da verifikujem svoj nalog. Da li se šališ na moj račun?!
Naravno, odmah sam pisao podršci i dobio sjajan odgovor: ""pošaljite dokumente na proveru." Kakve gluposti? Niste obrađivali informacije prvi put? Momci, ili su vaši unutrašnji procesi strašno pogrešni, ili kompetentnost vašeg tima za moderiranje ostavlja mnogo da se poželi. Ovaj apsurd je trajao oko dve nedelje: pokušavao sam da dokažem da sam svoje lične podatke već poslao na verifikaciju, dok je moderacioni tim insistirao da ništa nisu videli i da moram ponovo da pošaljem dokumente, uprkos potvrdi u jednom od njihovih mejlove da su od mene dobili informacije!
Da li je uopšte potrebno reći da se renomirani kazina ne ponašaju na ovaj način prema svojim igračima?
Ali to nije glavno pitanje! Još uvek sam imao oko 7000 EUR na svom računu od mojih prethodnih depozita. Još jednom: na kraju sam izgubio, nisam dobio ni centa od kazina! Sve na mom računu bio je moj sopstveni novac!
Ali zbog problema sa verifikacijom, koje je očigledno stvorio sam kazino, moj nalog je blokiran – zajedno sa njim, izgubio sam i svoj novac! Moj sopstveni depozit je drsko oduzet od mene!
Moj novac je i dalje kod njih, a moj račun ostaje blokiran. Čak ni ne odgovaraju na moje poruke niti objašnjavaju razlog blokade! Ja se, naravno, nadam pozitivnom ishodu i da će MOJ novac sa MOG depozita biti vraćen meni, ali s obzirom na kvalitet njihove korisničke usluge, čini se da povrat novca neće biti tako lak.
Ukratko, nikome ne preporučujem da igra na Casimbi; svako bi mogao da završi u mojoj situaciji u bilo kom trenutku, a pomisao na to šta bi se moglo dogoditi tokom faze povlačenja je zastrašujuća.

A few days later, I received an email from the casino stating that I needed to go through verification. Well, I uploaded all the necessary documents that same day, but the very next day, I received another email with a request to verify my account. Are you kidding me?!
Of course, I immediately wrote to support and got the brilliant response: ""send the documents for verification."" What nonsense? Did you not process the information the first time? Guys, either your internal processes are terribly flawed, or your moderation team's competence leaves much to be desired. This absurdity continued for about two weeks: I tried to prove that I had already sent my personal data for verification, while the moderation team insisted they hadn't seen anything and that I needed to send the documents again, despite confirming in one of their emails that they had received the information from me!
Is it even necessary to say that reputable casinos don't treat their players this way?
But that's not the main issue! I still had about 7000 EUR in my account from my previous deposits. Once again: I ended up losing, didn't get a cent from the casino! Everything in my account was my own money!
But due to the verification issues, obviously created by the casino itself, my account was blocked – along with it, I lost my money! My own deposit was brazenly taken from me!
My money is still with them, and my account remains blocked. They don't even respond to my messages or explain the reason for the block! I, of course, hope for a positive outcome and that MY money from MY deposit will be returned to ME, but considering the quality of their customer service, it seems that getting my money back won't be that easy.
In short, I don't recommend anyone to play at Casimba; anyone could end up in my situation at any moment, and the thought of what might happen during the withdrawal stage is terrifying.
